ERW Tube Mill Line Pipe Welding Line
TX has fabricated and supplied the carbon and galvanize steel ERW tube mill lines for more than 10years. TX’s ERW tube mill lines are capable for producing the tubes with thickness ranging from diameter 7 to 325mm, wall thickness from 0.5 to 10mm, at the speed of 120m/min max. The types of tubes to be produced can be round, square, rectangular and the special section tubes.
TX tube mill line is mainly composed of:
1) Uncoiler
2) Peeler, pinch roll & straightener
3) Shear and welder
4) Cage / horizontal accumulator
5) Forming machine
6) High frequency solid station welder
7) Burr removal unit
8) Water cooling unit
9) Sizing & straightening machine
10) Friction saw / flying cold saw
11) Runout table
