System composition

The working principle

The lifting ring and the lifting ring seat are connected with a pin shaft, the lifting ring seat and the hook rod are welded into a whole, the barrel and the hook body are connected with left thread, and the locking block is used to prevent the thread from loosening. The hook body and barrel can move up and down the hook rod. The effect of the internal and external load spring is to make the vertical root spring up when drilling.

The whole body is equipped with motor oil. The seat ring of the thrust bearing divides the oil chamber into two parts, and the seat ring is provided with oil holes. Because of the damping effect of the oil flowing through the hole, it absorbs the shock vibration of the hook body during the drilling operation, which can prevent the thread damage on the drill pipe.

The upper end of the whole body is composed of 6 small springs and positioning plates. By means of the friction between the positioning and the ring contact surface of the lifting ring seat, it can prevent the lifting of the hanging crane from rotating and make it easy for the derricks to operate.

For the material of the weight bar, we recommend the API 3 grade weight bar processed from AISI 4130 alloy steel, with the minimum tensile strength of 115000psi, which has better performance than carbon steel, and is the material with higher property.
