Secondary Belt Cleaner SXBMD-P
1. The blade is made of polyurethane, with low wearing, high strength and no damage to the belt. The hollowbuffer holes of the blade enables the blade a large extensibility to achieve a complete scraping effect;
2.Modular design of the blade and slot pushing structure of the aluminum alloy fixing seat makes theinstallation and replacement more convenient;
3.A set of constant-pressure spring adjusting seats is equipped at both ends, the screw type adjustment andshock absorber spring can absorb the impact from sudden external forces, prevent the blade from damagingthe belt, and ensure the contact pressure and excellent cleaning effect;
4.Installed on the working surface of the return conveyor belt at the lower part of the head pulley, suitable for two-way running belt;
5.Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, cokingplants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminaltransfer stations and other industries.
