Primary Heavy Duty Belt Cleaner SXBMD-HZ
- The heavy duty polyurethane blade is higher and thicker comparing to ordinary polyurethane blade, whichis molded integrally by polyurethane composite materials with high wear resistance, impact resistance andcorrosion resistance, no materials leaking, Suitable for belt transportation with high speed and high volume;
- The aluminum alloy fixing seat adopted slot structure and bolt connection, easy to install and replace;
- The design of spring adjusting seat enhanced the impact resistance of the blade, protected the belt as well,and easier for the installation and maintenance of the blade. When the blade is worn, the pressure spring willautomatically compensate the abrasion to reduce the maintenance cost;
- Installed below the center line of the head pulley;
- Suitable for the conveyance of all kinds of materials, such as coal, coke, sinter, salt, iron ore and fertilizer,and widely applied in thermal power plants, iron and steel plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants, cokingplants, coal cleaning plants, coal mines, petrochemical plants, mining, paper mills, chemical plants, terminaltransfer stations and other industries.
