The Structure of Sand Crusher Line/Sand Production Plant

1).This Professional stone production line is widely used in the world nowadays and has the features of high reduction ratio,uniform granularities,simple structure and easy maintenance. It has two types: primary Jaw Crusher and secondary jaw Crusher. The compressive strength of the final products is up to 320MPa.The Jaw crusher of Iarge and medium-size are the key products of our company. 2). Impact crusher can deaI with any large,middle ,and small materials(granite,Iimestone,concrete,etc.) With length no longer than 500mm,and compressive strength less than 350Mpa.It is widely used in mining,highway, uailway, and construction industries to produce artificial sandstone materials.At present,the comprehensive capacity of lmpact crusher is prior to Cone Crusher and Hammer Crusher. 　　

3) . The Circular Vibrating Screen has the advantages of even and reilation operation, low energy consumption ,low noise,long life,even vibration and high efficiency of sieving. Being high efficient sieving equipment,it is wildly used in mining,coal,metallurgy,building materials,refractory materials,light industry and chemisry industries.

Process ofSand Crusher Line/Sand Production Plant

The material (limestone,granite,basalt,gneiss,river stone, cobblestone) will be fed into the jaw crusher to be crushed preliminarily.The material after be thickly crushed preliminarily will be transported to the impact crusher (counter-attack crusher) to be crushed further by the belt conveyor. The stone material after be crushed twice will be transported to Stone strike stone sand making machine to be crushed once more. The crushed stone material will be screened out the different specification by the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor. The qualified finished product will be transported to the finished product storehouse by the belt conveyor and the unqualified stone returns to the Stone strike stone sand making machine through the belt conveyer to be crushed once more. It can form the close circulated crushing.
