Sand Rotary Dryer/Big Capacity Sand Rotary Dryer
If you are in the field of sand making industry or slag industry or want to start business with sand and other materials like mineral powder, grain slag, blast furnace slag, coal ash and coal cinder, etc, sand dryer machine would be the top choice for you. After the installation ofsand rotary dryer, if problems like ignition of drying tower, coking in air heating furnace and inconsistent water content in dried sand often occur, what should we do to deal them?
With regard to the ignition of drying tower, two reasons should be blamed. On one hand, after the installation of air heating furnace, the fire barrier on the top of heat exchanger is destroyed owing to the reason of foundation settlement. And then, the heat exchanger is burned out. Finally, fire directly enters into the drying tower and causes the ignition. On the other hand, during the dying process ofrotary sand dryer, some sand materials enter into the air heating furnace. After being roasted by hot air for a much longer period of time, sand materials in air heating furnace would catch fire in the end.
As to the coking in air heating furnace, it is the final result of burning coal with high sulphur content. The coking would make the discharging of flue gas poor and severely influence the heat transfer efficiency and heat supply result. As for the uneven water content in dried sand, several factors should be responsible for it. What we need to do is to analyze them and find out solutions.
