Fully automatic single corrugated slitting cutting stacking machine

STRUCTURAL FEATURES

This single cutter is used to cut off the single-side corrugating cardboard from single facer as required and stacks up to the given quantity to provide to the following laminating and forming for use, which consists of slitting, cutting and stacking parts.

1. 999 orders can be stored to realize automatic or manual order replacement without stopping the machine.
2. Automatically track the speed of the production line to ensure that it can be synchronized with the production management system, with strong compatibility.
3. The upper and lower computer control system is composed of high quality imported industrial computer and high performance programmable controller.
4. The thin blade is made of tungsten steel with sharp edge and use life more than 8 million meters.
5. It is with both auto and manual grinding controlled by computer and slitting and grinding can be acted at the same time for high production efficiency.
6. Use of imports driven devices, precision shooting, long life, low operating noise.
7. Into the paper and paper power frequency conversion motor, transmission adopts synchronous belt.

8. The servo drive and servo motor are adopted for control by spiral cutting unit.
9. The upper and lower shafts of cutting knife are transmitted through meshing by the precise gear. The lubricating oil is auto-circulated cooled. The lower gear is connected with the sync servo motor directly without inert gear to improve the cutting precision.
10. The upper and lower knife shafts cut in the spiral scissor way.The meshing position of upper and lower knives can be adjusted by tightening the screw.
11. The speed measuring coder is installed by the end of feeding wheels to achieve the production speed. The SIEMENZ AC servo controller is adopted for motor control.
12. The machine control platform is installed on the side plate of cutting part with 15’’ liquid crystal screen as the main control screen. The control button is provided to control the separated power supply and actions of starting, stopping, accelerating and decelerating.
13. The two stacking modes of constant height and constant pieces are provided to be in use according to the production need.
14. The transmitting part includes four sections with the first section to separate the single-side corrugating sheet, the second section to stack the separated sheet and the third and forth section to transmit the separated sheet to stacker.

5. It can realize the auto counting and auto stacking without halting. The photoelectric switch is provided to finish counting. The PLC is used to match and finish the actions of each transmitting part and stacking part at one time.
6. The stacking part is designed to be the well type stacking structure. The maximum stacking height is 300mm every time.
7. A two, three, a open a open four or even more than a drive can be neatly stacked.Stack lifting adopts pneumatic elevation, the unique paper receiving bracket design ensure don't stop don't slow down while the stacked up and down.
8. Electric lifting and stacking by hanging basket is adopted, and the design of stationary delivery 19.The sheet pile can be output through two 400mm (wide) tracks.
