It is used to produce single, double or Multi layer corrugated carton.

Machine usage and characteristic

This equipment is the necessary equipment for the carton sample makerand the production of small batch cartons. The machine has the advantages of quick adjustment, beautiful slotting and so on.

The machine includes body, transmission, table, motor four major parts.

The frame is whole cast iron, the structure is stable and reliable, to ensure smooth operation during operation.

This machine is mainly driven by the belt and gear reduction to drivethe crankshaft movement, while dragging four groups of blade seats to runup and down, andcomplete the slotting work.

The main drive is double reduction, the first level for the V-belt, the second level for the gear.

Before starting, filled lubricating oil to the lubricating parts of the machine,start and running 5-10 minutes and check whether the machine runs well or not. If there is no abnormality, start to slot the test-cutting board.

Keep the work of the shaft clean, add lubricating oileach day to ensure that all parts of the shaft lubrication. All running connections parts should be lubricated too.
