off line/online corrugated paperboard/cardboard/paper thin blade slitter scorer
1) Main part: adopts double rubber rollers pull feeding, then slitting, after that the other pair of rubber rollers lead the paper to the scoring shafts to score. Paperboard runs steadily and the scoring line is very clear and straight, it is a important processing for making fine carton box.
2) Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long working life, slice tidier, non-pressing and non-burr.
3) Scoring part: scoring distance in-phase adjustment, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
4) Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual pneumatic grinding type. It can grind while working, which can improve working efficiency.
5) Electric control lifting-down and correct error, easy to operate and suitable for different requirements.
6) Adopt Chinese famous brand or imported electric element, dependable performance.
7) Adopt electric adjust blade distances, pneumatic lock. Improve degree of automation, easy to operate and high precision, save time and labor.
