PVC baseboard mainly include 2 parts as below:
1- Formed or hard PVC skirtings
2- PVC skirting with soft rubber edge

PVC plastic skirting board extrusion making machine include conical twin screw extruder, mould, water vacuum calibration tank, 3 oil colors printing machine, haul off machine, cutter and stacker.
Mould choose idea for PVC baseboard
Mould design 1: mould die + calibrator, already curved before printing
Mould design 2: mould die + calibrator + forming mould, will curve after printing by forming mould parts.
