The 1600mm pp meltblown nonwovens fabric making machine is equipped with precision gear pump, screen changer, electrostatic electret treater and other configurations to ensure the filtration level (BFE) reaches 95 to 99.

Melt gear pump technology: the specially designed melt metering pump can measure the pressure accurately at the pump and use microcomputer to adjust the speed of the extruder so as to maintain the pressure stability and provide logistics in an orderly manner to optimize the feeding process and ensure the smoothness of the extrusion of the die head.
