For some materials such as elastomers with low hardness or easy adhesion, it is recommended to use a water ring pelletizerfor granulation. After extrusion from the template, the material is cut into particles directly and mixed with centrifugal force and cooling process water. Finally, it enters a dewatering machine to remove surface moisture and obtain particles with the same appearance.

Compared with the common strip granulation, the water ring pelletizer's structure is more compact. The pelletizer, cooling, drying and process water circulation are integrated into one system, which occupies a small area and has a high degree of automation.
