This high speed 3D printer filament production line is researched and developed independently by JWELL and specially used for making 3D printer material product, which have wide applications, such as car small oil pipe or other spare parts, air pipe, AI equipment, precision medical machinery, etc. This 3D printing material making machine is specially equipped with professional designed screw and barrel which ensures our extrusion production line to be able to process different plastic materials, like PE, PP, PA, FPVC, PU, PLA, ABS, etc.

There are many kinds of 3D printing materials, mainly ABS, PLA, PA, PCL, etc. According to the survey, PLA and ABS occupy the market share of most consumer grade 3D printing materials. Because PLA has no special smell and is easy to process and shape, it is more favored by consumers. Because of its low melting point, PCL does not need a high printing temperature. It is mainly used for FDM printers and printing pens to manufacture cardiac stents and new tissue engineering stents.
