Horizontal Roller Quenching and Tempering MachineThis series quenching machine is fit for continuous scanning heating quenching and sectional scanning heating hardening of various shaft parts. The machine is controlled by CNC,Website:, which can achieve displacement control and power program setting. It adopts step feeding type to load the work-piece, and embeds the trough with nylon, so that the workpieces will not hit each other. The feeding motor adopts AC servo, and the rotating motor adopts speed-reducing motor, the speed is adjusted by frequency converter. The return flume has roller wheels, which makes it easy to pull out the machine and clean the oxide skin.
