JOEO solid walk in test chamber is an all-welded test chamber with an integrated construction that ensures durability for extreme testing. It can be used as a testing site for large parts, components and finished products. JOEO solid walk in test chamber can be configured with a thermostat or a constant temperature and humidity chamber, which can be customized to fit almost any size. It features welded walls that create an environmental condition for temperature and humidity testing of communication equipment and controllers above 85 ° C. Temperature and Humidity Control
JOEO solid walk in test chamber Control systems are designed with the proper heating, refrigeration, and humidity control to achieve your desired performance and capabilities. The Control systems simply rolls-up to an assembled panel chamber to complete installation.
Also,touch-screen controller can be managed remotely via our new Ethernet/LAN-based Web Controller, serial port, or GP-IB/LabView. USB access is standard.
Energy-saving operation
Invisible to the end user, JOEO solid walk in test chamber uses advanced cooling control via an electronic expansion valve, saving energy and improving temperature stability. Sophisticated future-looking algorithms make temperature ramping faster and smoother. These high-end features and highly appreciated by our customers with this type of walk in test chamber.
Refrigeration System
Conditioning chamber Compressors equipped with world famous brand such as Tecumseh (France made), Bitzer or GEA BOCK (Germany made).
It applies Denmark DANFOSS and Japanese SAGLNOMIYA solenoid valves to improve the overall reliability of the equipment.
MP10 module has motor over-heating protection (with LED indicator), exhaust temperature over-heating protection (requires optional temperature monitoring probe and LED indicator), power indicator, alarm function.
Electrical System
The overall layout of the circuit cabinet looks very neat and professional. Our circuits are arranged in accordance with UK standards and are equipped with complete circuit diagrams. Each line has a unique code which is clearly defined and easy to locate for troubleshooting.
