OPTICAL COATINGS
TCOPTICS coating workshop is a class 1000 cleanroom. We will wipe every lens before coating to ensure that every lens is dust-free and ensure the quality of the coating. We have a Leybold coating machine from Germany. Optorun coating machine from Japan. And Cathay vacuum coating machine.
It can meet the different needs of customers in various aspects. We can provide a coating for optical elements from diameter 600mm to diameter 0.5mm. From conventional AR film to cut-off reflection film, spectroscopic film, polarization film, high reflection film, long wave pass short wave pass filter film.
At the same time, TC OPTICSis also equipped with Lambda 900 spectrometer, brims spectrometer. In this way, we can fully ensure that all coating products can meet the needs of customers.
Specifying The Types of Optical Coatings
Anti-reflective Coating
Narrowband V coat. The coating has considerably reduced not only chromatic aberration bust also spherical aberration and coma aberration. These are designed with respect to three wavelength 480.0nm, 546.1nm and 643.8nm.
Beam Splitter Coating
Beam splitter coatings are mainly used in precision optical systems, such as a rear projection, TV system, digital projection apparatus, digital camera, and CCD imaging detection system, to suppress infrared heat radiation interference that improves the optical quality.
Enhanced Metallic
Silver, aluminum, gold. There are also parabolic mirrors that are curved in only one direction and therefore focus light only in that direction (similar to cylindrical lenses).
