Sapphire has the characteristic of high hardness,hign strength, high transmittance,with high resistance to thermal shock quality factor, excellent performance on themal-shock resistance and abrasion resistance.

CLZ Precision Optics’ Sapphire Domes are an ideal way to shield other optical componentswithout sacrificing the field of view of the optics inside.

Sapphire domes can provide a very strong and durable protective environment to house other Optical Dome.

Sapphire domes are ideal for visible and near IR optics applications.

Sapphire domes are much stronger than glass domes at similar thicknesses while being much more scratch resistant.

We have more than dozens of different sizes of domes and rich experience to manufacturing the optical dome, then we produce sapphire dome.

Our sapphire is high quality dome, we can produce the concentricity less than 0.01mm and the TIR less than 0.01mm, The surface quality is better than 20-10. Also we can produce 1mm(1.5mm) over the hemispherical sapphire dome, it will be good for assembling.
