Band Stop Filter

• 

Band-stop Filter (also known as band-elimination, band-reject, or notch filters) can be made by placing a low-pass filter in parallel a high-pass filter. If noise occurs in communication, the signal will be distorted, resulting in output error. In order to reduce this unnecessary harmonic and error, the band stop filter can be used effectively.
