XUYAN Pressure Gauges Overview
Digital Pressure Gauge is the key product of XUYAN pressure measuring device. It becomes more and more popular with the development of the Internet of Thing (IoT), Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Compared with Bourdon pressure gauge, they have huge advantages: Digital pressure gauge has LED or LCD display, it shows the pressure data directly so it will not lead to misreading. At the same time they have a backlight, which is very helpful to read in dark. It features with its good shock resistance, high response time, an amplifying circuit to detect electrical signal and with temperature compensation and avoid the temperature drift. General Digital pressure gauges accuracy range from 0.2%, 0.25%, 0.5%, high precision ones can be 0.02%, 0.05%, 0.1%. Its also has excellent stability. What's more, digital gauge pressure measures wider pressure range, the general range is -0.1 to 0,0-250MPa, wider pressure range products can be customized.
Pressure Gauges Brief Description
These digital pressure gauges have below common characteristic:
Stainless steel shell and fitting are suitable to measure air, oil, water and other liquids without non-corrosiveness;
LED or LCD digital display is easy to read in dark and avoid to misreading; multiunit MPa, PSI and other optional pressure unit;
Power supply includes battery, 12-24VDC power supply, even Alternating current (AC) by different types;
Output signal can be RS485, 4-20mA, 0-5V,0-10V,0.5-4.5V, HART and Wireless are customized;
XUYAN XY-PG2XX serious Digital Pressure Gauge with low power consumption circuit design work with logical software, so it can be powered by battery, at the same time keep high precision and stability;
XY-PG200 is 100mm diameter digital pressure gauge, with 5 digits LCD display, optional accuracy 0.2 class and 0.5 class, optional power supply is battery and USB;
XY-PG210 is a high precision digital pressure gauge, with 55x55mm size dual display for pressure data and temperature date, accuracy 0.1% FS, optional power supply is battery and USB;
XY-PG260 is 60mm diameter digital pressure gauge, economical types, accuracy 1.0 class;
XY-PG260 is 80 mm diameter digital pressure gauge, economical types, accuracy 0.4 class;
XY-PG270 is a Wireless pressure gauge for explosion-protected areas application with casting explosion- protected housing, optional communication protocol GPRS, LORa, LORaWAN, NB-Iot;
XY-PG280 is a Wireless pressure gauge for explosion-protected areas application without an explosion- protected housing;
