3151Metal capacitance intelligent transmitter ,3151 Smart differential pressure transmitter ,3151 Metal capacitance type analog transmitter,Based on low voltage reference pressure measurement signals,there are two ports connection with process piping.

Working principle

When pressure is direct or indirect role in measuring the surface of the diaphragm,When pressure is direct or indirect role in measuring the surface of the diaphragm, make diaphragm produces tiny deformation, the high precision circuit on the measuring diaphragm will into the tiny deformation and stress is proportional to the voltage signal, through the temperature and pressure compensation, and then use special chip to convert the voltage signal to the output of 4-20MA the industry standard.
