textile fabrics air permeability testing machine with ASTM D737, ISO 9237/7231, BS 5636 is used to test the resistance of the flow of air through fabrics. There is different air permeability test method to do air permeability testing for textiles, we can offer all the test methods and competitive price.

Applications:
The Air Permeability Tester accurately and swiftly determines the resistance of fabrics (woven, knitted and nonwoven textile) to the passage of air (air flow) under constant pre-set air pressure while firmly clamped in the test rig of selected test head/area. The air permeability of the fabric is calculated automatically within a short time.

3.Pressure range: 10-3000Pa;
4.Air velocity: 0.1-40000mm/s(5cm2);

7.The total test time: 10-58s;
8.Minimum pressure: 1Pa;
9.Maximum pressure: 3000Pa;
10.Accuracy: ±2%;
11.Measurement units: mm/s, cfm, cm3/cm2/s, l/m2/s, l/dm2/min, m3/m2/min and m3/m2/h;

13.Pressure system:automatic pressure adjustment (available for larger test area);
14.Mute suction pump;
15.Automatic identification system for test head and automatic adjustment for pump;
16.Custom setting function for actual need;
17.Automatic switch between coarse and fine adjustments. Fully enclosed pipe ensures leakage lower than 0.1l/m2/s.
