Electronic equipment simulation test
The thermal vacuum test chamber is mainly composed of a vacuum system and a heating system/cooling system. The vacuum system uses components such as vacuum pumps, gas condensers, and pressure sensors to remove gases from the vacuum chamber, bringing the internal pressure close to a vacuum state. The vacuum pump extracts gases from the vacuum chamber, the gas condenser is used to cool and liquefy the extracted gases to reduce damage to the vacuum pump, and the pressure sensor monitors the pressure of the vacuum chamber and provides feedback signals to the measurement and control system. The heating system is usually composed of resistance wires, radiation heaters, or high-frequency heaters, and regulates the heating power and temperature by controlling the current and voltage of the heating elements. In actual operation, the thermal vacuum test chamber uses a combination of main pumps (such as mechanical pumps) and molecular pumps to evacuate the vacuum chamber, creating a high vacuum environment. The heating system heats or cools the chamber using electric heating wires or liquid nitrogen, forming a uniform temperature field within the heat sink of the chamber through radiation conduction, thereby simulating a space simulation environment with both vacuum and a wide range of temperatures (such as -100°C to 125°C).If you need more models about our test equipment, please reference our ： chamber-testing（Click）com
