Helmets Designated Protection Areas Tester

• 

Main Purposes

1. Used to mark test points and test lines on helmets.

2. Used for line - marking according to different test standards.

3. Used to define the upper and lower fields of view as well as the left and right fields of view of helmets during research and development.

Applicable standards:

According to GB 811-2010 standard requirements.

Characteristics:

Infrared emitter;

Aluminum bracket (adjustable);

Angle of infrared bracket can be adjusted;

Aluminum alloy is used in the machine and all the accessories;

Main machine performance characteristics:

Adjustable handles on the arm can be easily adjusted to apply to different testing standards.

The fixed point tracking indicator adopts infrared control, which can be moved on the machine to find the base plane and reference plane easily.

The head support is made of steel with galvanized surface treatment, and there is a limiting device every 45°, which can easily rotate the head in any direction to adapt to different test points and test standards.

Technical parameters of field of view

Upper field of view: 7º;

Lower field of view: 45º;

Left and right field of view: 105º;
