Product Introduction:

This machine adopts variable convex shaft structure, diameter Japanese original ball drive, so that the workpiece can move with the motor before and after double station, so as to achieve the surface of the specimen oil spray, screen printing and other printing body for friction life test, the friction medium is: eraser, pencil, alcohol/cotton, steel velvet, sheepskin and so on. This equipment is widely used in plastics, wires, electrical appliances, leather and other manufacturing industries.

Product Features:

Reciprocating Motion System: Utilizes a variable convex shaft structure and Japanese original ball drive for precise and smooth back-and-forth movement.

Double Test Stations: Allows for testing two samples concurrently.

Adjustable Working Stroke: User-definable rubbing stroke from 2mm to 50mm.

Adjustable Working Speed: Variable rubbing speed from 10 to 60 cycles per minute (rpm).

Digital LCD Counter: Displays the number of friction cycles up to 999.999.

Multiple Friction Groups: Four independent friction groups to hold different friction media.

Load Application System: Includes a set of calibrated weights (100g, 200g, 300g, 500g, two of each) for applying precise loads.

Versatile Friction Medium Compatibility: Designed to accommodate various friction media such as eraser, alcohol/cotton, steel velvet, and sheepskin.

Workpiece Table: A substantial table (400x200mm) to secure test samples.
