STD Battery short-circuit tester
Product Introduction
Battery Short Circuit Tester is a device that can be applied to the external short circuit test process of lithium ion battery. The equipment consists of two parts: short circuit control unit and temperature control explosion-proof box. While detecting and recording the surface temperature of the battery, it can complete the external short-circuit test of lithium batteries in two different states of room temperature and high temperature, which can satisfy the safety test standards of various batteries at home and abroad.

The use of imported DC contactors, to ensure the safety and reliability of the short circuit;
Hot air explosion-proof oven, enhanced level of sheet metal frame design, impact pressure resistance performance;

Explosion-proof oven is designed with explosion-proof pressure relief port, explosion-proof laminated glass observation window, and built-in lighting;
Patented adapter terminals for batteries with different sizes of short-circuit currents, and battery surface temperature measurement device;
High-quality electrical components are selected, and the test current and voltage are shown on the meter, with the function of switching between on-site and remote operation.
