Product Introduction:

Spring torsional fatigue testing machine (horizontal) is a new type of automatic torsional fatigue testing machine with digital display and counting, which is mainly used for torsional fatigue life detection of torsion spring, spiral spring, elastic element and friction mechanism.

Functional features:

1) Real-time display of running speed, twist Angle, times

2) The user can set the twist Angle, speed and preset number at will within the specified range, which greatly improves the controllability of the whole machine and meets the testing requirements of different users and different samples

3) The test speed shows two units at the same time: t/m, Hz

4) When the set number of tests is reached, the machine automatically stops, and the buzzer prompts

5) The user can freely set the torsion direction according to the characteristics of the sample

6) Automatic storage function, after the test stops, the number of tests can be automatically saved, and the test can continue next time

7) Using absolute rotary encoder, no cumulative error, control accuracy is greatly improved
