Automated Scratch Testing Equipment (for Automatic Scratch Tester)
Product Introduction:
It is suitable for printing, labeling, mobile shell, MP3/MP4 shell, laptop computer shell and other kinds of household appliances and digital products hardware shell coating hardness and friction test and all kinds of metal coating, decorative materials, synthetic leather and other detection of friction performance in the field of paint.

Product Features:
Adjustable Test Load: Allows application of loads ranging from 50g to 1000g.
Adjustable Friction Stroke: Enables setting the reciprocating stroke length from 10mm to 60mm.
Variable Test Speed: Speed can be adjusted from 5 to 60 times/min via a knob, with an LCD display for real-time feedback.
Digital Friction Counter: Records reciprocating cycles from 0 to 9999. with a memory function that retains data upon power-off.
Load Weights: Supplied with a set of calibrated weights (50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g, two of each) for accurate load application.
Friction Media Holders: Specifically designed tools for mounting various friction media:
Two tools for standard cotton cloth (for alcohol or other liquid friction).
Two tools for erasers.
Two tools for Chinese 2B pencils.
Reciprocating Mechanism: Provides controlled back-and-forth motion of the friction medium over the sample.
