Building materials non-combustibility testeris designed to test the combustibility of main components in homogeneous and nonhomogeneous building products under specific conditions. This instrument belongs to the grading testing equipment of building combustion performance. The tester in the furnace temperature (750 + 5 )℃, uses modular temperature controller to measure precise test results, and then decides the grade of the sample according to the grade A (homogeneous materials) specified in “GB/T 8624-2012 Classification of combustion performance of building materials and products”.

Before the test, the quality of each sample should be weighed , accurate to 0.01g.

Features

The heating furnace is equipped with refractory tube of electric heating coil, with insulation layer on the outer cover, so that the outer wall will not appear high temperature phenomenon during the test process due to the temperature rise of the furnace, increasing equipment safety performance.

6. An observation mirror is set in the front top of the tester, convenient for quick observation of the progress of the sample inside the furnace.
