Comply with GB/T 20284 standard requirements "Building materials or products of the single combustion test"

EN13823 "Monomer Combustion Test Method (SBI)".

Main features:

1. Single combustion test equipment for building materials or products includes combustion test room, control room, trolley, smoke exhaust pipe, data collection and analysis device, gas supply control device,

2. the core parts of the whole machine are imported components: such as carbon dioxide, oxygen analysis instruments, etc.

3. the operation interface style and the performance of all parties is equivalent to the British FTT, some performance is better than it,

4. Convenient and fast maintenance, the replacement of spare parts in the later period is less than 50%——70% than FTT, and there will be no maintenance problems.

5. Adopt imported integrated control cabinet

Technical parameters:

1. the use of 16-bit high-precision board + computer control, with reasonable structure, stable performance,WINDOWS operation interface;

2. Ignition source, 31KW propane right-angle sandbox burner (side length 250MM and height 80MM) placed in the vertical corner of the cart;

3. A comprehensive sampling area is provided in the smoke exhaust pipe for placing the sensor and sampling pipe;

4. The test was carried out in a combustion chamber with a height of 2.4m and an area of 3mx3m. There were gas collection and smoke exhaust pipes connected with sampling pipes at the top of the chamber, and space for air to enter and exit naturally under the trolley

5. during the test, the heat released by the combustion of the sample and the combustion products should be discharged from the smoke exhaust pipe;

6. oxygen test range :0-25%, linearity <±0.1% O2

7. carbon dioxide (CO2) measurement range 0-10%, repeatability <+1%;

8. high precision pressure regulator, adjust the standard required pressure

9. the glass rotor meteor meter to adjust the combustion burner flow
