Product Introduction
The Automotive Interior Burning Tester is designed according to ISO3795 standards. Suitable for horizontal burning tests of interior materials in cars (sedans, multi-purpose vehicles, trucks and buses).

Ventilation grid: 10 holes (Φ19mm), spaced 63.5mm horizontally×127mm vertically
Burner inner diameterΦ9.5mm, flame distance 19mm from sample edge
Tempered glass observation window
Stainless steel sample holder and template included
Built-in steel ruler (1mm accuracy) for direct length measurement
Uses American Hamburg Bunsen burner (flame height 20-100mm)
Flame height measurement device (38mm standard)
Automatic ignition and timing functions
Control System
Independent control box with ignition button, timer, and power switch
0.1s timing accuracy
Automatic flameout after 15s
