JFY-46046 Graphited PTFE packing with Aramid fiber cornerDescription:Diagonally braided from PTFE yarn,Website:, reinforced throughout its body with continuous Aramid yarn, impregnated with silicone oil and PTFE.It is a high performance multi-yarn packing which combines the advantages of the supple PTFE material with those of tough and durable Aramid. This results in reduced shaft-wear and better thermal conductivity than standard Aramid packings.Application areas:Multi-purpose packing for use with rotary- and piston-pumps, mixers, stirrers, reactors, for industrial and chemical process valves, suitable for high pressure applications.Application media:It can be used with a wide variety of media including abrasive ones: cold and hot water, steam, solvents, oils, greases, diluted acids and lyes, brine, sewage, etc.Advantages:It is particularly suited for difficult sealing applications as with high pressures or abrasive media, such ensuring longer service life.
