The body of steel tapping car is actually a car frame, consisted of four rectangular beams welded with section steel and steel sheet. On the frame two supporting seatings of ladles trunnion box are to be set at left/right side; Beneath the frame two groups of wheel (one group wheel is driving set, and another group wheel is driven set).The base structure of ladle car is strong enough to hold ladle with steel, and the moving is controlled by variable velocity variable frequency driving device to keep the ladle stable during movement.
