Various kinds alloys, shapes, sizes: round grids, square grids, multiple trays bolted together, reversible/non-reversible, cast-in or bolt-on shoes, pusher/puller sections, customized design for all type of furnace layouts
Regular products like heat treatment fixture, cast baskets, roller rails, cast link belts, chain guides, fans, skid riders, buttons and other furnace parts
Application: for various types of heat treatment furnaces
Process: precision casting/investment casting/sand casting, machining and sand blasting
Materials: high nickel and high chrome heat resistant alloys, cobalt base alloys, like HU, HT, HK, HP, HW, 24/24NbTiZr, 50Cr/50Ni (2.4813), 1.4865, 1.4849, 1.4848, 1.4410, 1.4059, 1.4841, 1.4845, 1.4852, 2.4879 or as per customer's requirements
Standard: ANSI, ASTM, ASME, DIN, GB

Chemical analysis by spectrometer
Measurement inspection
Mechanical properties testing, yield point, tensile strength, elongation
Non destructive inspection (NDT): X-ray, dye penetrant test, magnetic particle inspection
Certificates: 3.1B material certificates, SGS certificate
