Copper Water Cooling Plate
Copper and its alloys are often used for metal cooling plates as heat dissipation materials because of their excellent thermal conductivity. Aluminium and its alloys also have excellent heat dissipation performance. The dissimilarity between copper and aluminium FSW often occurs. Compared with traditional welding, it has many advantages, such as non-melting, automation, intelligence, environmental friendliness and integration.
Friction stir welding technology can not only weld copper and aluminum and their alloys, but also weld copper and aluminium. At present, this technology has been widely used in the welding of metal copper cooling plateparts.
