Nanoscale coating process guide wheel
Guide roll (also known as guide wheel, guide wheel) is a rolling mill wire rod rolling process, wire rod export indispensable parts. Its requirements: high hardness; good wear resistance (service life and quality bearings to match), good thermal conductivity and other requirements, a certain degree of red hardness, especially high-speed wire rod rolling (rolling speed in the 80-120 m / s between). In the current market, most of the guide wheels are made of steel materials (especially in the domestic market), which have weak wear resistance, short service life and high replacement frequency, thus limiting the scale efficiency of the wire rod. However, steel-jointed carbide offers significant advantages in this regard.
