Its surface roughness can be reduced to as low as Ra0.01μm after polishing, which minimizes friction-induced damage to the wire and enhances the breaking strength of the metal wire by approximately 10%. In the manufacturing of automotive brake cables, the stable guidance provided by these guide wheels ensures uniform tension distribution, effectively minimizing the risk of cable breakage during operation.
