Titanium carbide hard guide wheels have high hardness
This type of guide wheel can be customized with various groove profiles—such as V-shaped, U-shaped, and semi-circular configurations—based on the specific dimensions and requirements of wires or pipes, thereby meeting diverse production needs. After precision polishing, the surface roughness can reach as low as Ra 0.01 μm, significantly reducing friction-induced damage to the wire and increasing the tensile strength of metallic wires by up to 10%.
