Wear-resistant coating chromium carbide powder

Chromium carbide powder is often irregular grayish-black particles with a particle size of 10-40μm, a purity of ≥98%, and a free carbon content of ≤0.5%. It features high hardness and excellent wear resistance, with a bulk density of 2.9-3.2g/cm³, and is suitable for thermal spraying and surfacing processes. It is widely used for surface strengthening of easily worn parts such as mine crusher liners and metallurgical roller tracks, effectively resisting material erosion and extending the service life of equipment. This chromium carbide powder is black in color, with a particle size of 5-25μm, a purity of over 99%, and extremely low impurity content. The particles have good dispersibility and are easy to mix with the metal matrix. After powder metallurgy sintering, highly wear-resistant parts can be produced. It is applicable to precision bearings, micro gears and other precision instrument components, which can reduce wear and improve the operational accuracy and stability of equipment.
