Wear-resistant titanium carbide guide wheel hard alloy

Hard alloy titanium carbide guide wheels exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance, remaining crack-free under rapid temperature fluctuations from room temperature to 300°C and back, making them well suited for batch production environments. These guide wheels are available in a wide range of dimensions, with diameters spanning 50 mm to 500 mm and widths from 10 mm to 100 mm, enabling compatibility with various stretching and rolling equipment. In optical fiber and cable manufacturing, they provide precise guidance, maintaining fiber attenuation rates below 0.2 dB/km and ensuring high-quality signal transmission. The guide wheels feature high-precision mounting bores, with shaft clearance controlled within 0.005–0.01 mm, eliminating rotational vibration and enhancing guiding accuracy. Their low maintenance requirements eliminate the need for frequent lubrication—routine cleaning of surface contaminants is sufficient—making them ideal for continuous operation in automated production lines. In metal wire mesh production, these guide wheels ensure consistent mesh aperture uniformity, limiting dimensional deviations to within 5%, thereby meeting stringent specifications for filter materials
