Nano fine particle size titanium carbide powder
Titanium Carbide powder is a gray-black high hardness ultra-fine powder with the chemical formula of TiC, which has both metal and ceramic properties. Its hardness is close to diamond, microhardness of 2800-3200HV, melting point up to 3140 ℃, with excellent resistance to high temperature, wear and chemical stability, in the acid and alkali environment can still maintain structural integrity. It is prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), high temperature self-propagation synthesis and other processes, which can precisely control the particle size and purity.
