Aluminum Casting and Machining
The world wide renowned magnates in power transmission industry like ABB, Simens, Alstom, Hyundai，Hyosung, Mitsubishi，Toshiba and GE. selected us as their important supplier of aluminum casting housing for Gas-Insulated Switchgear(GIS), Current Circuit Breaker (CCB), Gas Circuit and Breaker(GCB). Such kind of products require high strength, high density, and low flaw rate in order to maintain high reliability of power supply system. We achieve high quality thanks to a complete set of manufacturing equipments, testing tools, and also a solid quality control system with a well trained working team. Densitometer, Spectral measuring instrument to check the ingot; Mould Strength Tester to make sure the sand mould at appropriate strength; X-ray tester to conduct NDT; and when the products are finally machining finished by CNC, we have Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure the important dimensions. Without such a complete set of equipments and tools, high quality is impossible.
Our factory has passed certification of ISO9000、ISO14000、OHSAS18000，and also the audit of the above listed customers for vendor admission.
We also have a powerful R&D team supported by the top universities and institutes in China in the field of nonferrous metal casting technology, they are Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Southeast University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shenyang Research Institute of Foundry.
