Extruder screen pack

Extruder screen packis the different types of wire mesh cut into pieces which you want, and then welded together. The screen packs are normally useful in fine extrusion process for prevention impurities. It makes extrusion more clean and clear. The screen packs edge have two kinds: spot welded edges and aluminum framed edges.

Extruder screen packs are mainly made of high quality SS 316, SS 304L meshes ranging from 4 mesh to 500 mesh. And commonly used in plastic and rubber industries.

Extruder screen packs specification:

• Mesh material: stainless steel (ss 302, ss 304, ss 316, ss 316L) woven wire cloth, copper wire cloth, galvanized wire mesh, aluminum alloy, and nickel alloys.
• Mesh specification: we have most of the popular mesh size in our stock, from 4 mesh to 500 mesh.
• Layers: 2, 3, 4, 5 layers, or other more layers.
• Shapes: circular, square, oval-shaped, rectangle, other special shape can be made as per request.
• Frame style: with and without frame and spot welding.
• Frame material: stainless steel, brass, aluminum.
• Packs diameter：20 mm - 900 mm.

Spot Welded Extruder Screen Packs:
This extruder screen packs are excellent used in all the extrusion and filtration process and assembled in reasonable sequence to assure the best application. The number and location of spot welds can be designed according to your special process.

Framed Extruder Screen Packs:
This kind of screen pack is firstly spot welded and then have an aluminum or stainless steel edge which can give the extruder screen pack extra rigidity and strength. So it can bear more weight than spot welded packs.

Application:
Extruder screen packs are widely used in various industries, for example petrochemical plastic, rubber, aeronautic, chemical and food processing industries. It is also useful for water treatment plant.
