High hardness ultra-fine grain carbide round rods for CNC cutting tools

Titanium carbide alloy round bar is a high-performance material made of titanium carbide (TiC) as a base, by adding metal or ceramic reinforcing phase. Its appearance is silver grey metallic luster, smooth surface, excellent hardness and wear resistance, hardness up to 2800-3200HV, close to diamond hardness, can effectively resist high load friction and cutting wear. At the same time, it has good high temperature resistance, can be in the high temperature environment above 1000 ℃ to maintain structural stability and mechanical properties, strong oxidation resistance.

In terms of mechanical properties, titanium carbide alloy round bar has both high strength and high toughness, compressive strength of up to 3000MPa or more, effectively avoiding fracture in use. Its chemical stability is good, in a variety of acid and alkali environment is not easy to be corroded. Because of these characteristics, titanium carbide alloy round bar is widely used in aerospace, mould manufacturing, machining and other fields, such as the production of high-performance cutting tools, high-temperature parts, precision moulds, etc., to significantly improve the service life of the product and processing efficiency.
