Pre-painted Galvanized Steel (PPGI)
The color-coated coil, also named ppgi, is a product made of hot-dip galvanized sheets, hot-dip aluminized zinc sheets and electro-galvanized sheets. After surface pre treatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coatings are coated on the surface of ppgi steel coiland then cured by baking. Also because there are various colors of organic coatings, the ppgi galvanized steel coilnamed after this, referred to as color coated coil.
