Galvanized Redrawing Wire

Redrawing wire is drawn from hot-dip galvanized or Elector galvanized iron wire, after the redrawing, the wire's surface is becoming smooth and bright, so when you use this to produce your products, it is free from scratch and knots, and its tensile strength becomes stronger and is not easy to break. As the protection of the zinc thickness in the galvanized wire surface, this make the wire have good rust-resistant performance.

The technological process is as follows:

Chemical oil removal → Hot water washing → Water washing → Pickling → Water washing → Electric galvanized → Water washing → Drying → Passivation → Redrawn → Pack
