PLASTIC DRUM CAP SEAL
Plastic drum cap seal is available in a different size and dimensional design catering to the application on 55 gallon drum or poly drum.The plastic drum cap seal would be installed on the opening neck manually more easily than metal drum cap seal, what is also called push on, push lock or snap on.
The 2'' and 3/4'' EZ plastic drum cap seal is normally in plain white or transparent color for steel barrels, while the plastic drum sealin 78mm, 80mm, 82mm etc are in red, blue or white color for poly drums. The plastic capseal is acting as a safe guard over the round bung keeping away from water, dust and theft from outter environment. Push On Cap Seal
The G2 and G3/4 standard size push on cap seal are with two types of tamper-proof with strong security cap, and dust-proof with cost-effectiveness cap, are under selection.
Plastic Drum Seals
Variety in dimension and color makes XEAL plastic drum seal meet the most demanding of the poly drums. The seals shall be destroyed once they need to be opened, that is how it is marked as tamper proof.
How to Use Plastic Drum Cap Seal
The plastic drum cap seal is over the steel plug or plastic bung on the drum neck. It is necessary for users to tell the neck diameter of the HDPE drums, while the steel drum necks are standardized to be G2 and G3/4.
General type of cap seal can be put on neck by hand push, one special type of plastic cap sealwith ring needs to be crimped tightly by crimping tool. When opening the seals, a removal tool is required to tear it off for the strong cap, while another more conventional type can be removed by hand as well.
