Automotive Wires Low - temperature Winding Tester
The low - temperature winding tester for automotive wires is used to assess and determine the performance of circular wire cables or circular insulated wire cores in low - temperature conditions.
Test Standards:
ISO 6722. ISO 14572. ISO 19642. SAE J1128. QC/T 730. JASOD611 - 2009. etc.
Main Parameters:
1) Low - temperature winding sample:less than 25mm²
2)Diameter of winding rod:Φ6. 8. 10. 12. 15. 18. 20. 25. 30. 32. 40. 50. 58. 62.5. 74. 82.5. 90. 98.5mm (optional)
3) Weight weights: 0.5. 2.5. 5. 8. 10kg and combined weights: 4 pieces of 10kg (Note: for large loads such as 30KG weight test, two samples are used in one group)
4) Number of winding turns of the sample:3 turns 5) The winding rods and brackets of this series of devices are made of stainless steel.

2. Controller: PLC + touch screen
3. Winding speed: up to 130 revolutions per minute (set on the touch screen)
4. The number of winding turns can be set (set on the touch screen)
