PRODUCTION PROCESS OF GLASS BOTTLE

Firstly, the blowing mold should be designed and manufactured. The raw material of glass polyurethane is quartz sand as the main raw material, and other auxiliary materials melt into liquid at high temperature. Then, the glass bottle can be formed by feeding machine to drop into the mold, air-jet, air-pouring, pressing, annealing and other processes. Glass bottles usually have rigid marks, which are also made from the shape of the mould.
