FEP Heat Shrink Tubing
FEP heat shrink tubingFEP heat shrink tubing has similar dielectric and frictional properties to PTFE heat shrink tubing. Except the Continuous operating temperature, FEP heat shrinkable tubing is suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 200°C. But the begin shrink temperature of FEP tubing is just 170 °C, much lower than PTFE’s. This can be a significant advantage when used in conjunction with temperature sensitive components. The other advantage of FEP heat shrink tubing is that the max diameter of FEP heat shrink tubing we can produce is 215mm ID, much larger than PTFE’s.Features1. Excellent insulation2. Operating temperature -200oC ~ 200 oC3. Not burn in the air (Oxygen Index>95vol%)4. Excellent corrosion resistance5. Low Friction: Dynamic friction coefficient 0.2-0.3ApplicationWidely used in office machinery, paper machinery, printing machinery, printing presses, insulated jacket, etc.
