Masterbatch/Moisturer Absorber Masterbatch/Water Absorption Masterbatch/Antifoaming Masterbatch which is widely used in Recycled PE/PP plastic raw materials. As we know, the recycled raw materials contain moisture has a serious impact for plastic manufacture, normally the companies dry the recycled raw materials with drying equipment which is a great waste of energy and increase the production cost; The bubble, moiré fringe, crack, stain etc. will be solved by adding efficient Desiccant Masterbatch without any other adjustment of the production processing.


Application: In the production with recycled PE/PP. Should be finished within 24 hours after packaging opened.

Operating Instructions: Can be mixed symmetrically with the raw plastic materials directly. 1.0%-2.0% is the advised adding amount for blow molding and 2.0%-5.0% is the advised adding amount for sheet and injection molding. Customers should adjust the adding amount according to the condition of the plastic dampness.
